I want to share a rather fascinating shift in how I build businesses today. It is a story about Artificial Intelligence—a technology that often feels like a cinematic trope but is, in reality, orchestrating my daily operations. Since early 2023, I have been deeply focused on creating and integrating custom AI tools into my workflow, and the resulting leverage has been nothing short of incredible.

The Note-Taking Ninja

Let’s begin with meetings. Historically, capturing actionable insights from a discussion felt like trying to hold water in your hands. Today, I rely on an AI-powered note-taking agent. This system doesn't just transcribe English; it seamlessly processes multilingual conversations across Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, and more. It has become so efficient that it now handles a significant portion of traditional Project Manager duties. Generating meeting minutes was once a "nice-to-have" luxury for software teams—now, it happens autonomously, and for free.

The Sand Battery Experts

When discussing the Sand Battery project, conveying the underlying physical concepts can be challenging. I initially utilized AI to distill complex thermodynamics into explanations suitable for high school students. But its utility goes much deeper.

I began using AI as my personal materials scientist and pseudo-VC mentor. When I needed to explore commercial alternatives inside thermal energy storage, I didn't just receive generic suggestions; the AI provided a structured roadmap into uncharted territories in material science. As a software engineer by trade, relying on an AI "think tank" was instrumental during the early technical validation and ideation phases of the Sand Battery.

The Master Planner

Coordinating a project with multiple stakeholders often resembles assembling a puzzle in the dark. AI acts as the light switch. It synthesizes disparate inputs and crafts master plans with remarkable precision. I am currently running 5 to 10 projects simultaneously, with almost zero administrative friction. The AI isn't simply organizing tasks; it proactively highlights strategic intersections and suggests brilliant tactical moves. When I am stuck, it offers the exact hint needed to unblock a new train of thought.

The Ghostwriters

Which brings us to content creation: AI is deeply involved in drafting these posts. This isn't just about automated typing; it is akin to having a rigorous intellectual sparring partner who knows how to best articulate my framework. An entire post can move from scattered ideas to published reality in under 15 minutes.

The Bottom Line

If AI isn't integrated into your daily toolkit yet, you are forfeiting a massive competitive advantage. We aren't merely "using" AI; we are operating in a symbiotic loop where each prompt unlocks new operational bandwidth. AI is a teammate, a mentor, and a muse.

Whether you are scaling a startup unicorn, architecting complex software, or pioneering new investment strategies, this technology is the ultimate lever. As a business owner, if you are intrigued by how these tools can simplify your operational debt and spark creativity, you need to dive in now.

Looking Ahead

Mark my words: in less than two to three years, autonomous AI assistants will be an invisible, ubiquitous layer in every professional workflow.

Right now, utilizing AI feels like an "advantage." Very soon, it will be the baseline standard. The individuals and companies who refuse to adapt their workflows today will find themselves structurally obsolete by 2026. Accept the paradigm shift now, because the future of the one-person operational powerhouse is already here.
